Founder

Amy Ficklin DeBrota

Amy DeBrota, attorney and owner of Home Front Legal Services LLC, has practiced law for over 24 years. Her primary practice areas of employment law and mediation require a great deal of written and oral communication with other attorneys, court staff, judges and clients. Before attending law school, Amy worked in Washington D.C. for several years in positions which involved policy based research and writing, as well as drafting talking points, briefing papers, speeches and press releases for high level government officials and lawyers.

 

While attending Indiana University School of Law, Amy was one of only two students appointed to the Indiana Law Review by virtue of her writing skills. She was later selected as the Executive Articles Editor for that organization -- the position involving the review of all papers submitted for publication and selection of the few chosen, as well as editing many of the articles actually published.  Amy graduated from law school with honors in 1993.

 

Over the course of more than 24 years of law practice and ten years of applicant screening for Home Front, Amy has interviewed, reviewed written work from and hired many attorneys, paralegals and other legal support staff.  Because she’s also a practicing attorney, she knows how to find the right legal staff for your firm.

 

Personnel & Marketing Director

Nicole Wright

Nicole Wright, Personnel and Marketing Director of Home Front Legal Services LLC, has over 18 years experience as a Paralegal and Legal Assistant.  Nicole earned her Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communications in 2013 and her Masters in Organizational Management, Focusing on Human Resources Management in 2014 from Ashford University.  Her position as a recruiter for Home Front incorporates daily reviews of resumes for attorneys, paralegals and other legal support staff as well as assisting law firms in choosing the right candidate to accommodate their needs.  She has interviewed, screened and hired many legal professionals.

Administration Manager

Kimberly Holmes

Kimberly Holmes, Administration Manager of Home Front Legal Services, LLC, has been with Home Front since 2010.  She has over 18 years experience as an Operations Manager and Office Administrator responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training employees in a variety of industries.  Her position for Home Front includes daily reviewing and processing of all legal support staff candidates.  She performs reference and background checks on potential candidates, completes the hiring process and provides human resources and technical support for the Home Front staff.  She also freelances as a visual/website designer.
